Now in our 41st year, The Paint Box continues to revamp and bring to our ever loyal customers, new, beautiful and what I like to call cutting edge picture framing products.
After a successful holiday season and with many art shows for our
Artists, preparing for it has been quite a challenge. The good news is
that the sale of art work is up, up, up!!!!
Kendall Klingbeil's new gold, silver and copper leaf paintings have sold at an unprecedented rate. Their beauty is immediately breathtaking and the reflection and refraction of light which they evoke are chilling. The other abstract medium Kendall is showing are paintings on acrylic panels which are hung with beautiful architectural hardware which suspends them from the wall and gives
them a transparency of space which allows the light to work its magic from in front and behind. They are beginning to really take off and I look forward to a new piece which will be ready this month for The Paint Box which will be 22" x 44". These pieces are truly unique and beautiful.
Anna Feld's work continues to sell. She continues in her expressionistic style creating flowers and landscapes that are strong and vibrant and make s feel alive and happy in these rough times.
I continue to show works by Wendy Moore whose still life's follow the more traditional Dutch motifs. I will have photos to follow soon.
